We offer early check-in and late check-out options upon request, subject to availability. To secure these options, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $500+ may be applied.

The home will only be available in mostly 4 night blocks from Oct 1 – May 31st each year (beginning on the dates listed below). The summer months will have a two night minimum stay.

* Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.

*Important Notice for Guests: Maintenance Visits
Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, pool cleaning, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we’ll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.

*From mid-May to Thanksgiving, we do not recommend heating the pool as temperatures in the area typically range between the 90s and 110s, naturally warming the pool. However, if guests request it, heating the pool is entirely at their discretion.

*The City Fire Department has requested that we refrain from lighting the torch and using the table fires. The grill is the only item approved for use. This restriction applies to reservations from mid-May to September due to fire season in Arizona.

* For cancellations made outside of Airbnb, please note that we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our listing. If you’re eligible for a refund, please be aware that a payment processing fee of 4.5% of the total refunded amount will be deducted.

Access

Guests at Saguaro Point have full access to the entire property, inviting you to explore and enjoy all the amenities and luxury it has to offer. While we encourage you to take advantage of the expansive grounds and outdoor spaces, we advise caution when venturing into desert areas. The natural beauty of the surrounding landscape is breathtaking, but it’s important to be mindful of the terrain and local wildlife.

The booking guest must sign a separate lease agreement within 72 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
